National Digital Research Centre - from idea to income

As part of NDRC's involvement in Innovation Dublin, we are partnering in IBM SmartCamp Competition, which takes place on October 15th.

The five SmartCamp finalists have been announced and cover everything from cloud computing to forestry management, energy efficiency, waste management and social search.  

The companies are:

NDRC will be offering a financial investment to at least one contender on the day as part of our Entrepreneurial Internship programme. NDRC CEO Ben Hurley will be mentor and advisor at the final.

The competition is dedicated to entrepreneurs who believe that technology can make our world a better place. It provides access to world-class advisors plus a direct route to seed and venture capital.
