Description: Learn about the commercial realities of different startup investment docs, delivered by founders, VCs, and the NDRC team with the experience of more than a thousand deals between them. This course will analyse the differences between these investment documents, as well as key terms to be aware of, and real-world examples. Finally, the team behind adapting the YC SAFE for Irish law will share their approach and answer questions.
